APE TANK AIMS TO
ENDORSE PROJECTS
THAT SHOW INNOVATION,
RIGHTEOUS INTENT, AND
HAVE GREAT POTENTIAL.

For a project to be endorsed by Ape Tank, the founding team
must participate in a live interview with the Apes.

live interview with the Apes.

HOW IT WORKS

If a project that appears on Ape Tank gets 5 BATUs (Bored Ape
Thumbs Ups), all 4 resident Apes and our guest Ape for the week
will invest in the project and tweet it out.

STAGE 1:
ASSESSMENT

The APES spend 60-90 minutes
asking a multitude of questions,
most of them having to do with
their personal histories,
experiences in IRL and the NFT
space, project websites, minting
contracts safety, and the founder’s
Identities even if not doxed
publicly. It gives APETANK and the
audience an idea of whether or not
the founders can be trusted to
respect the investment of their
prospective holders.

STAGE 2:
JUDGEMENT

After the assessment, the APEs will
pass judgment and grade based on
answers and tabulations from the
episode. This works on a scoring
system in which a minimum of 9 is
required out of 17 to be considered
sufficient to pass to the next stage.
What makes this extremely difficult
and does not allow projects to
prepare is that the APES will save
some of the most challenging
questions for the live show.

STAGE 3:
VOTING

Then, finally, the APES will vote after
asking all their questions. The vote is
based on the initial information and
research at stage 1. Then comes the
preliminary call at stage 2, and finally,
the live show and how well the project
and team respond to the questions
asked, which they had no way of
preparing for. The live show is only a tiny
part of the entire process that projects go
through, so any project that appears on
an Ape Tank live show thoroughly
deserves the right to be there!
